There’s an idea that soulmates are inherently good. They’re safety and home, as if both concepts were human in final form. A soulmate is meant to be the destination of a lifetime or better yet, a stop-over where you find the more interesting part of your journey.

@one-piece-of-harry is a fun one to follow and she often makes you think about things you otherwise may not consider. she’s also super feisty and i’d die for her cat
@ironmess and @armoredsoftie are basically a package deal. if you follow one it’s only natural to follow the other. moffatt draws amazing art and luki writes great fic and they’re both super fun and post some of the most hilarious stuff on this site

Thor, of course, thinks that he can escape whoever the hell this is. He usually takes a run at his bodyguard. Bruce stays where he is, reading a book.
“If you run over me, that’s alright,” Bruce says. “But you won’t like the result.”
The result is a green man who carries Thor over his shoulder and sets him in front of his mother.
Bruce is also very nerdy. He follows some of what his kid-brother Loki is doing, and follows along with what Thor likes to do.
So yeah, maybe it wasn’t in Odin’s best interest, because Bruce is a Scientist who loves exploration, and Heimdall is a Soft Man who will do Anything for the crown princes and their mother.
(So Bruce and Thor end up on more adventures than they Thought they would be on, and they fall in love along the way.)
(Thor still won’t drink Bruce’s tea during their morning breakfast, though.)
